Appointments require; pre-payment, with a credit card or gift certificate for the full amount. Contactless payments provide a secure option for everyone's safety.
24 Hour
Advance notice is required to cancel an appointment, which allows someone else an opportunity to schedule an appointment. When 24 hours advance notice is not given, clients are charged the full amount of their appointment. Future appointments may require a credit card deposit and the amount must be paid before your next appointment.

No-shows
A client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” Clients will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others that follow your appointment time. Your therapist will determine if there is time enough time to begin a session, depending on how late you arrive. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Please plan accordingly and be on time, with consideration and respect
to your therapist and other clients.

On-site / Out Call Policy
Requires your initial appointment at Sacramento CMT, 6633 North Mesa Street, Suite 507.
Out Calls are only available in El Paso, Texas.
Right to Refuse Service
Sacramento CMT and Mark Richmond reserve the right to
refuse service to any person for any reason.
